We use third-party service providers when necessary to operate our business, provide requested services, maintain our technology infrastructure, communicate with clients, process transactions, and measure website and advertising performance.

Providing information to a service provider for these operational purposes does not mean that we authorize that provider to use the information for its own unrelated purposes.

Veterans For Veterans is responsible for its own obligations concerning the selection, configuration, access, and use of third-party services and the personal information entrusted to Veterans For Veterans.

A security incident involving a third-party provider does not necessarily mean Veterans For Veterans' own infrastructure or systems were compromised.

If personal information entrusted to Veterans For Veterans is affected by an incident involving a third-party provider, Veterans For Veterans will evaluate the incident and fulfill any notification, response, or other obligations applicable to Veterans For Veterans under applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to assume responsibility on behalf of Veterans For Veterans for security failures that are solely within a third party's infrastructure, systems, or operations and outside Veterans For Veterans' reasonable control.

If a third-party service provider informs us of a security incident affecting personal information processed on our behalf, Veterans For Veterans will evaluate the information provided, determine its applicable obligations, and take appropriate action as required by law.

The fact that a third-party provider operates or controls affected infrastructure does not eliminate legal obligations that may independently apply to Veterans For Veterans regarding information entrusted to us.
